Little Pavillion - Listowel

I ordered the crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce for takeout. When I opened the box, I couldn't help but laugh. The chicken was dry and sliced, with no vegetables in sight. The side tub of sauce was bland, with only three small pieces of pineapple. It reminded me of something you would find at a deli counter in a convenience store. Unfortunately, I couldn't even eat it.

I frequently order takeout from this restaurant on Saturday nights. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are polite. We usually call in our order ahead of time and pick it up ourselves.

Jimmy is the bomb I wish he still opened during school lunch. Gave us free coke and prawn crackers very nice man and family is well. God Bless Jimmy.

The food and service were average at best, and that's really all I can say about it. This restaurant is considered overrated in every aspect - it's definitely not a 5-star establishment, but options are limited in this small town. We stopped by while passing through, and I might consider doing so again if necessary, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it. The restaurant is very family-friendly, with several children present, and the staff were on a first-name basis with all the local diners.
