Highly recommended, simply the best brisket in the city!

Super service! with great food, very, to get to everyone, I was new to the new style of low and slow bbqing and was blown away from the taste and generous portions! in moving interstate in short and that is something I will not find in my new adventurers unfortunately! and will be the braut, ripen and miss everything in between! lismore they are so happy to have this in their own backyard! we had brisket from the ascending flame in a park with hot chips, and also had this enormous meat with hot roasted vanillas at home! 5 stars round! if I could give a ten star rating, would I? thanks to increasing flame for their service for the last 12mths, and our family will miss their customer service and high-quality meals! they will be sate

Very high quality food, american style BBQ with a slight aussie twist, slow cooked to perfection with very dynamic flavour profiles. Guys who run it are also top blokes and are very passionate about the food they are making. 9/10, highly recommended
