Lunch last week in the warmth of the sun on the small terrace was perfect the starter was white asparagus served with a velvety emulsion of Pomelo, a fine taste and a large pairing with the delicate, sweet spears. My main was pintade two possibilities: roasted breast meat so tenderly melted in my mouth and a serving of crushed dark meat hidden under the pommes purée in a beautiful slowly roasted sauce. Service was professional and friendly and the cook came to my table to see how I enjoyed his creation I wish that this man and woman team great success I definitely back!
