Dunkin' - Lisle

My food was served quickly, but unfortunately, there were no napkins in the bag. This made it difficult for me to eat without getting sticky, as I had nothing to wipe my hands with. It seems like there may be a shortage of napkins at this location. It would be nice if they could provide napkins when customers order donuts. Despite this issue, the staff were generally friendly. However, on a recent visit, I found that the quality of service seems to be declining. Whenever I order tea, I receive a different number of teabags each time, which is not consistent with other locations. On one occasion, I received three teabags, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant taste. Additionally, this location charges a dollar more than others, which seems unnecessary. The chaotic atmosphere in the store suggests that there may be a lack of communication among the staff. I have received the wrong order multiple times and have experienced long wait times. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will be making my coffee at home from now on. Overall, there have been too many negative experiences at this establishment, and it seems like there are too many issues with the service and organization.

I visited the restaurant twice and both times the lady generously gave us three extra doughnuts. I'm really happy I left a tip for her.
