If I could give 0 stars then I would! We’ve been going to this place for years and their service is ridiculous. Tonight we ordered out usual lemon chicken chicken balls and chips. But maybe the staff on tonight didn’t hear us.... ‘CHICKEN’!! Not pork Got home and started to eat and turns out they gave us pork. Called the restaurant and they finally answered after waiting on the line for 20 minutes. To be told because the manager isn’t there the person on the phone had to deal with the issue. But they refused to replace the food even though I double checked with mum in the restaurant if she got chicken balls and the girl over heard the conversation. Round of applause Hot Wok. You’ve now lost 3 customers

This is the only place we get chinese from food is amazing only complaint we have is they no longer take card payments when you call and place an order for delivery who has cash on them anymore ???

Good menu large portion very tasty food very good prices worth going there for a meal
