Eats Fish Co Dunmurry - Lisburn

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was shocked by the high prices and lack of customer service. I ordered a fish supper and an extra portion of chips, but was disappointed to receive only a few chips with my meal. If I had more time, I would have definitely gone back to express my dissatisfaction.

Two fish were horrible and could not be eaten, fish was hard and had very strong smell, not fresh. I phoned the manager and did not really get satisfactory comment as all he said was our fish is fresh every day, I don’t think so, I will not visit again, yuck.

If you don’t take card, be honest about it. The card machine has been “broken” for months and customers constantly have to use the cash machine to lift money. There is a sign on the door that says they accept various forms of card payment...... false! Off putting. The chips are good though

I had chips recently. Old oil being used, inedible and quite expensive. Mentioned in passing to a guy working there, he could not have cared less. No refund or food offered. Poor customer service. Wont be back.

Myself and children waited in an empty shop until a bald headed person obviously cooking the food arrived,looking like he hadn’t had a wash in months.Behind counter was grubby and staff too busy talkin and order was wrong.Absolutely horrific, the bald guy keep going out the back during cooking our food which meant everything was overdone.Chips were totally uneadable and the language used in front on my children was a disgrace. Never ever again.
