Contribuiți la feedbackDISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NAE! I recently purchased shoes from NAE and paid for express delivery, only to be hit with an unexpected $40 in extra taxes upon delivery. To add insult to injury, the shoes did not fit as the sizing was off by half a size. When I reached out to NAE to return the shoes, I was shocked to learn that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. After several frustrating back and forth exchanges, I reluctantly agreed to pay $35 for a return label through their partner DHL. However, even after going through all the hassle of packaging and returning the shoes, I received an email from DHL requesting a "commercial bill" document which I had never heard of before. This was the final straw for me, as the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by NAE was simply unacceptable. I deeply regret ever making a purchase from this company and urge others to seek out brands that offer quality vegan products and excellent customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid NAE at all costs.
It's not as good as the one in town, but it's still great. It is worth spending some extra money on ethically environmentally friendly shoes instead of cheap alternatives.
My partner and I purchased two pairs of shoes from this vegan brand. We had read about it on various websites, and while we were in Lisbon needing to buy some new shoes, we decided to check out the store. The staff was friendly and the business had a cool vibe located in the trendy LX Factory.
Our shoes are made in Portugal using animal-friendly and environmentally friendly materials. We offer shoes made from recycled airbags or cork, which are not only beautiful but also durable.
Shameful competent service! After I bought shoes from nae and paid for an express delivery, I had the unpleasant surprise to pay 40 dollars extra control. Anyway, when the shoes get, the size doesn't fit, because the only firma, the 8.5US is 41eu, if it is supposed to be 41.5EU at any rate, I contact nae to send the shoes back, and I have the bad surprise as to have the answer that the transport on my cost, what a shame! as always (third time), I said to myself because they don't. then they tell me that I can pay $35, which will be deducted from my refund, so they can send me the label to change the package with their partner dhl. I say ok, do the package and go to her partner dhl, they ask me to open the package that was closed to see inside, or they will not accept to send it (not a sweat! anyway (for the first time), I open the package, show the shoes, talk the package and give it back to them, then ask if everything is in order. they say, ok. Now is 2 days after, I just received an email from dhl asked me to complete a strange document allegedly a "commercial bill" or they will not send the package. I've never seen anything like this before, and I have no idea what this document is. at least (fifth time), now I'm done, I would have given these shoes to a homeless. I regret that I bought something to this company, it was the first time and the last time. such a measure of incompetence and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. there are many brands that offer good vegan products and respect their costumes with a decent service, which is not what nae does so that I recommend definitiw nae. I hope they had a good time ready for my terrible experience with the nae, and I hope they will not be the same bad idea that I had to work with them.
