Domino's Pizza - Lisbon

I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza and was quite disappointed. It was a poor quality pizza—the crust felt like cardboard. There was barely any cheese, and the toppings of ham and mushrooms were minimal as well. This is the second time I've left unsatisfied, and I won’t be returning.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I order frequently and always tip well, but today it felt like I was being interrogated by someone who wasn’t even in the store. It was ridiculous! I ended up hanging up after I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she would connect me to the store. It’s unbelievable, considering I call the store twice a week as I usually do.

I placed my order at 7 PM and, since I live just 10 minutes away, I expected a timely delivery. Unfortunately, it took an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. There was no apology for the delay—just a bland, “Here you go.” If the restaurant is even a little busy, don’t expect your order to arrive anywhere near the hour mark. I understand that being short-staffed can happen, but the staff’s attitude towards the long wait was unacceptable.

Pizzas hardly have any sauce I think they paint it on and then wipe it all off. The cheese is only in the center it's never out anywhere near the edges. All of their pizza sauces taste funny. And all of their sandwiches are hard and dry.

1 hour and 37 minutes after order, 2 crushed boxes with cold pizza show up.Truly, can understand short staffed and what not...but this is just a we don 't give a attitude.
