Sushi Rio - Lisboa

I have been an assiduous client of Sushi Rio for the past 4 years. The service was always poor, but thr food generally managed to compensate for slowness, and overall insolence from the wait staff. This evening was my last meal at Sushi Rio. After having have to have practically begged to waiter to bring us a glass of water as well as ginger and wasabi, we proceeded to ask for a decaf. Having the decaf arrived, I requested a glass of ice in which i wished to cool it. The waiter insolently responded that there was no more ice and that if i wanted a bottle of water, I would need to pay for one. After having waited a good 15 minutes, a once again summoned the waiter and asked for the ice to which he responded ' are you kidding me lady '? An absolutely appalling display of professionalism and laziness.

The place is quite nice, nevertheless the experience was not so good. The main reason was the service quite slow, and some of the sashimi fish not so fresh...

Great spot for a sunset drink after a day of sight seeing with seats overlooking the water. I'd recommend the sangria! Didn't have food but can definitely recommend having a drink here!

Espaço agradável, mas decepcionante, terraço com calor insuportável devido a opções de cores, tudo preto. Serviço lento e ineficaz, mas amigável. A comida não corresponde às expectativas do menu, nenhum dos pratos surpresos. O hambúrguer estava seco e sem sabor, o risoto conhecia o caldo. Algumas opções de bebidas solicitadas não existiam, máquina de café quebrada, em um dia com alta demanda era esperado para ser preparado para o fluxo de pessoas, apenas não. Não repetir, apesar da excelente localização.

O atendimento da entrada é lamentável,o atendente deixa a desejar,não condiz com o nível do restaurante.O atendente da mesa é espetacular,além de profissional,gosta do que faz.O ambiente é muito bom.
