O Alazão What can I say about it?<br/ Let's start with the conclusion for a change! You might have heard the expression that one shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Well, the restaurant O Alazão is the perfect example of that. <br/ It is a restaurant that is very easy to miss. You wouldn't be able to understand how good it is just by storming through the street. <br/ The decor isn't chic or modernist. It can only be described as being a Portuguese typical restaurant. The owner is delightful! Always ready to help you with whatever you want or need! And the staff is really nice and friendly <br/ But let's talk about what is important: the food! Let's feast! <br/ For an entree you should definitely have peixinhos da horta. Beautifully made and they taste even better. They also have the most imcredible cheese and enchidos for you to enjoy while you try to cope with the excitement of the food to come. <br/ They have to best rice of lingueirão ever! An absolute must if you give Alazão a try. And don't get me started on the Abanicos! They can either bake them or grill them, both of them are simply amazing and the meat is so flavourful that will make want more and more. If I had to pick between the two, I would most definitely go for the baked ones. One can only understand my clearly excited tone by tasting them!!<br/ Last but not least, the desserts. You have a wide range to choose from, all of them,I assure you, will make you glad you came here for a typical Portuguese meal! <br/ O Alazão, a typical delicious and flavourful Portuguese meal. If you are still curious, give it a go! And bear this in mind : you should never judge a book by its cover! <br/

Came on a Monday night with awareness of no fish Monday and still able to enjoy a lovely dinner with the dishes recommended. A local gem and will definitely return to sample the fresh fish dishes. Very friendly place and excellent value for the food served.

Acolhedor com atendimento super simpático. Ambiente familiar Comida feita com muito amor e carinho, o arroz de entrecosto é top. As entradas com um queijo muito bom e umas fatias de chouriçāo top. A sala está a precisar de obras e estacionar perto é tarefa impossível. Ir de táxi/TVDE a melhor opção.

Típico restaurante familiar com boa comida. Entradas bastante boas, especialmente os cogumelos e os peixinhos da horta. Vale a pena o peixe no pão e o bife na pedra
