Pastelaria Pomarense - Lisboa

A very busy and good pavement café. Really tasty and quickly prepared chicken and fish sandwiches with a beer and a cola, for less than €10!. Good people watching too!

This small deli/cafe was not far from our hotel who wanted €20 per person per day for breakfast. Breakfast options here and excellent value and numerous. We paid less than €13 for both of us. The fresh fruit salad was super and the fresh orange juice a must. We made several return vidits and were wrlcomed like old friends. Our portuguese was nearly non existent but everyone could speak enough English to advise and help us.

Uma pequena pausa para um almoço muito agradável. Comida simples mas boa com batatas fritas caseiras. Excelente salada de frutas com frutas frescas. Pessoal muito simpático e atencioso. Uma grande descoberta para a nossa última refeição antes de partir...

Aconselho a experimentarem pois o atendimento é a comida são excelentes!

Good food at reasonable prices with friendly efficient service. Loved the bacon.
