Jeronymo Cafe Conde Barao - Lisboa

Honestly, a 20 minutes wait time for a simple slice of bread with scrambled eggs is just the thing that can ruin your experience at a coffee shop. The eggs were good, though.

Came here for an afternoon pastry and coffee. The coffee was good. the classic Lisbon pastry was our least favourite of the three places we tried. the tart shell was too thick and seemed a bit underdone or greasy.

I liked the place, cozy and friendly. Staff are helpful and amazing coffee ginger. Regular coffee very good as well.

The waiters are wonderful and kind. Always a smile to welcome you. The coffee is tasty and the food is healthy and there's variety

This coffee shop is part of the Jeronymo chain, but we love this little shop because of its atmosphere. Tucked away in a basically residencial section of Lisbon (but not too far from the top of the Elevador da Bica), the food and service here are great. And the coffee we were served (cappuccinos) were done by someone who knows how to make coffee. I recommend all of the Jeronymo shops, but this one impressed us more than usual.
