Ginjinha Das Gaveas - Lisboa

This is an absolute gem of a spot! You must try it if you visit Lisbon. Antonio is the dad who runs the bar. Jose is the son. My friend and I loved Antonio and the bar so much we went back a second night. We were only staying for two!! That’s when we met Jose. Both of the gents were incredibly friendly, generous and delightful to deal with. Such a lovely level of customer service. The bar is only tiny but so fabulous. A real piece of Portuguese culture. The cherry base drinks are delicious and they also get you to sample other things which she wouldn’t normally try. I loved this place and would recommend it as somewhere to go if you’re in the vicinity.

Best small bar in lisbon to feel the way of life of lisbon and for watching football (also Bundesliga), Antonio is a very friendly man and you can see, he loves his job and his tasquinha. In this authentic bar you can enjoy nice small snacks, smooth cold beer and typical shots. When i come back to lisbon is save that i visit this place again.
