Applebee's Grill - Lipscomb

We are here now and so far, the service is far from stellar. Service was super slow and why does the waiter/waitress always disappear near the end of your meal when all you need is the check so you can go?

Was in there a few days ago the service was pitiful. They brought food to the table we didn't have any utensils to eat with. We ordered the all you can eat riblets. The waitress didn't come back to check on us or to offer any more drinks. We had to stand to get the attention of the staff in order to get more riblets only to get 2 small pieces. Poor service there. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!

We dined in for the all you can eat trio. The riblets and chicken nuggets were good as always, but the shrimp wasn't a good choice.

Yuck and more yuck.Updated review 1/15/2024Still YUCK...servers hate their job and all the food is frozen and cooked cooked ....Place used to be decent years ago. But welcome to Bessemer!!! That 's how Bessemer people roll, they are miserable and hate to work.

The service was awful!!!! Me and my family sat there for 25 mins waiting for the server as well as drinks! No one said anything to us for the whole 25 mins! Didn’t get refills on drinks the food came out without having silverware to eat with. Got the drinks finally but no straws. Asked for a refill and got told by the waitress to wait because she hasn’t said anything to the table behind us after we just sat there and waited for a whole 25 mins just to be recognized. The food was hot and delicious but i highly recommend we will be going back!!!!!
