Our dining experience at Modesto Ristorante was abysmal. After waiting over an hour for our food, we were served a steak that was charred from the outside and completely raw from the inside. As for the side of risotto, it was clumpy, and not to mention the plating of the food. It was HORRIBLE. Furthermore, the situation worsened when we spoke to the manager, Mike. Instead of addressing our concerns, Mike exhibited a dismissive attitude and showed no interest in resolving the issues, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The ambiance of the restaurant did not make up for the dreadful food and service. It was clear that the establishment prioritizes turnover over customer satisfaction. Overall, Modesto Ristorante is not recommended. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

Our experience at Modesto Ristorante was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food to be served, only to find that the steak was literally uncooked and the risotto was very chewy. The service was poor, and when we provided feedback, the response was pathetic. To make matters worse, the staff had a terrible attitude when we complained, showing complete indifference to our concerns. They offered no apologies or solutions, making us feel unwelcome and ignored. The ambiance of the restaurant did not compensate for the subpar food and terrible service. It felt like they were more interested in turning tables than providing a quality dining experience. Overall, this place is not recommended at all. Complete rip off. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

Food was disgusting. For such a costly restaurant, I expect high standards. The dish I had was a fish which was extremely busy and too much going on and full of oil. Additionally it was not cooked properly. Do NOT eat here!!!
