Soulkitchen Linz

I was in this restaurant yesterday in order to celebrate my birthday! I was here only once before for a drink and i thought it is a great place but yesterday i was totally disappointed! The waiter has messed up our food orders, we asked for a soda and we waited more than 30 minutes for it to find out that the waiter went home and nobody took our order anymore, we’ve asked for bread and after 20 minuets we have received an old one that we couldn’t eat! I am really regretting for choosing this restaurant for my birthday and i don’t recomand it anymore!

Great food for a good price, and a nice atmosphere.

Were there for 3 times till now. Tried out Burgers and Pasta. Food was good, the quality and taste of burger is similar to burgerista, burgerei, ... innovation is better at burgerei. Pricees are high (burger+side dish+drink=min. € 15, Steak without side dish/drink min. € 25, pizza without drink averagely € 12). Service is ok, enough possibilities to sit, on weekend evenings a reservation should be made.

Sehr gute Küche und Service, auch wenn es vor Weihnachten absolut voll ist. Einzig der WC-Bereich könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen.

Früher war es eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Linz, da die Auswahl ohnehin schon sehr begrenzt ist. Doch seitdem das Lokal einen neuen Eigentümer hat, kann ich nichts Positives darüber berichten. Die Portionen sind noch kleiner geworden, man muss für Leitungswasser bezahlen, das Personal ist unorganisiert und die Musik ist so laut wie in einer Disco. Die Location ist an sich schön, aber extrem unpraktisch. Die Kellner müssen die Bestellungen über die vielen unterschiedlichen Bodenniveaus tragen, was ziemlich unübersichtlich ist und dazu führt, dass man schnell übersehen wird. So musste ich heute eine Stunde (!!!) auf mein Essen warten. Es ist einfach eine Frechheit, dafür dann auch noch nicht zu wenig zu bezahlen. Mit mir hat das Restaurant einen einst sehr treuen Gast verloren. Ich komme nicht wieder.
