I tried to place a catering order for my company party at Nego!, but had a bad experience. The first time I was promised a call back, but never heard back. The second time, I spoke to Maddy who attempted to call me back. When I mentioned that this was my second attempt, she rudely dismissed me, saying she was too busy to call back later. Needless to say, I decided not to place an order with them. I don't mind waiting, but I won't tolerate rudeness. It's a shame when a business doesn't value good customer service.

This is my first time here, and I am very pleased. Great food with great service!

The restaurant always delivers a great meal with excellent service. The soups are outstanding, as are the sandwiches. The large portions and local ingredients make the dining experience even better.

My daughter applied for a job at this restaurant but never received a call back. When she finally did, they told her they didn't need anyone, which was a lie because the restaurant always seems to be busy. My partner and I visited the restaurant today and were seated near the entrance. Two young customers arrived after us and were served before us, with the waitress taking their drink and food orders right away. It seems like there is no priority for certain customers unless they are cooking for them. I noticed there were no minority servers or waitstaff working there, which matches with what others have said about the deteriorating quality of both the food and service.

Always great food. Ordering over the phone can sometimes be a challenge, due to new employees. This place has been a go to for many years. I prefer to order on site, and take out.
