The Worst Customer Service EverOn April 24, 2024 I walked in for a take out order and was at the counter for 6 minutes and no one would take my order. I asked several time could someone take my and I was completely ignored by the manager. This was by far the absolute worst experience I ever had at any McDonald’s in my life. My order was never take I walked out. Completely Horrible

As someone on a restrictive diet, ordering fast food can often be a challenge in terms of communication. Not the case, here: they almost always get my order correct and are quick and friendly about correcting mistakes when they make them! This is my favorite McDonald's drive thru

I think i stopped at this location to see if there was a change in the size of the big Mac.And it was. Just like the location in Severn on Telegraph rd. Smaller big macs. The Mc Donald's in Odenton aren't cheating their customers.I pull to the drive thru and sheesh. Who ever took my order wasn't having the best of day. That kinda sets the tone for the entire establishment if that's how I'm being greeted. Makes me question the energy in the kitchen. Is my food ok? Those types of things.My food was fine and to our liking besides the size of the big Mac. There are high chances I wouldn't stop here again. Even though I'm in the area often. I'll drive past 2 for a better 1.

It took a long time to get a chicken sandwich and when I did the sandwich was half wrapped

They have people that don't look sanitary working there got missing teeth clothes are sloppy and dirty ...I will be driving away from the hood for my food from now on.
