I always have a great experience at this particular Subway location that I visit regularly. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My sandwiches are made exactly to my liking and quickly. Overall, I give it 5 stars!

This was the worst meatball sub I've ever had. It was cold, and I didn’t request it to be toasted. When I called the subway to speak with the manager about it, he told me it was cold because I hadn’t asked for it to be toasted. I explained that the meatballs should be hot regardless of whether the sub is toasted or not. His response was just a dial tone because he hung up on me. This is the main reason I won’t be returning to this location. I can understand receiving a bad sub, but to be lied to and then have the phone hung up on me is simply disrespectful.
I called the day before I was planning on placing an order and was told they would be open until 8 pm on friday May 01, 2020. So I placed an order on Friday for pick up at 7:45 paid online. I get to the restaraunt to pick up my order at 7:44 and they are closed, lights out no one around at all! I tried calling of course no answer. I will be calling tomorrow to have the charge refunded and placing a complaint with corporate. I'm done with this location.
