We were a group of 10 people and we pre-ordered the food and received it on time. The pizzas were the best we had all eaten with pleasant treatment from the staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food has been good, biggest problem they have is the fact that delivery and service has been incredibly slow the last 5 times i've ordered. Have to call them and remind them that i ordered a pizza. And even then it has taken them another hour to deliver the pizza on top of the first 1hour of waiting. I don 't usually review restaurants, and if I do, it 's usually positive reviews, but I can 't help it now. Have ordered home delivery from Valla pizzeria before. The first time it was great, the next time the ingredients we ordered are missing. Today, my partner has to wait 2 hours for her order, only to be told on the phone that she, who is sick, has to come pick up the pizza outside because the courier is afraid of getting a parking ticket. She was really sorry after your treatment. 1. She/we order/pay for home delivery. The fact that you choose to deliver the food by car is not our problem. 2. Turn on your hazard lights, etc. You don 't get a fine for the 2 minutes it takes to get up with a pizza. 3. Not an excuse because it takes 2 hours to deliver a pizza and then have the stomach to be rude on the phone and not be able to come up with the food? Don 't know if there are new owners? And stop blaming that you have a lot to do, you don 't. It is not rocket science to bake and deliver a pizza. 2 hours ? Come on.. Educate yourself in restaurant and service.
