Swiss Chalet - Lindsay

I give up on this place. Online ordering frequently shows that they are closed when they are not. This week I called and spoke to the manager (Brad) who told me they were in fact open, he confirmed with the online portal. He told me I would have to call the ordering desk to place an order, guess what...they also told me the restaurant was closed and I should try again later. This has happened a few times now. Never again.

We went here for my Nan's birthday party and they had a big party table set up for us but they forgot to give us the special hats we had delivered the day before. Mrs Ethel was the emcee four the night and she told lots of storeys and even wrote a poem about Nan. The chicken was really good except for the dryer lint and they gave us a whole bucket of the sauce which my hubs wanted to use to bathe himself . Good birthday cake too and the McCain Deep n delicious cupcakes were nice to Have after the incident with the porcupine. We thought the coleslaw was free so they was a dirty hat when we was getting charged for it as my uncle Lou can eat lots of it . And he did so we made him pay extra.

Was feeling pretty rough when I went in for soup and was made to feel much better by the waitress whose name I cant recall but she had short dark Hair was middle Aged and very chatismatic. The next day I went to Harveys drive thru and they made mistake on my order and asked me if I Prefered they redo it which they did anyways and gave me both sandwiches and then also felt bad enough for the lengtly error that they gave me back some money out of theirr own pocket and made me really surprised how far they were willing to go above and beyond to correct the error even tho it was not him (had glasses and thick brown hair) who made the error he made it okay again and I willl def be back. No one has ever given me money back like that- pretty awesome.

My boyfriend always buys us food from here, its always very good, the cheesecake is awesome. We don't usually eat there, we get delivery and it's always fast also when ordered the other day someone mixed up the order but one of the workers called us before they left to make sure we got the right stuff.

Food is standard Swiss Chalet ... what was impressive is Donna Marie's service she helped us save money, she made suggestions and she made the visit most pleasant and memorable.
