The Italian Place Cheesesteaks - Lindon

This is my favorite sandwich place for 44 years! That's true, in the late 70s they were on Main Street in American Fork. We were teenagers then and it was our favorite sandwich shop. When they moved to Orem (can not remember the year) we still made ourselves for a Steak Everything. I live out of the country now, but when I go through, I hop from I-15 every time because it's close and still the best sandwich. I'm sorry the sandwich photo is so small. I was eager to eat this thing and almost forget to make a picture. Thanks for hanging there #theitalianplace

I visited the Italian place tonight after a friend mentioned that cheese steak wanted. The restaurant was clean and the food was great, but what really caught me from the guard and made me leave this review was the staff. That might sound crazy, but tonight I realized how bad service has become in many of my favorite restaurants in recent years. Tonight I was reminded of how a good service felt. I was warmly welcomed in a clean restaurant. The three boys behind the counter really seemed to care about their employment and my experience as a customer when my food was prepared. And then, when I went, I heard a sincere, “have a good night” from a boy, and a “driving safe” from another. It literally caught me from the guard and is the reason I'll eat more often here. Well done.

Was not familiar with this local and there was an attempt. I was looking for some Italian food from this Italian place. The subtitle cheese steaks should focus. The sandwiches were pretty good food. Steak Everything was a bit dry, but the Zeus was perfect. We made the seat and not the ride through and they had a good distance for a safe seat.

Absolute love came here and today was great because Dave was worried about us. We meet with WA friends for lunch every time they visit the Italian square in Lindon. It is definitely our goal!! Food was great and service was fantastic.

My wife and I shared a whole steak, mushroom, and cheese sandwich which was plenty. Service was fast, and friendly. They were out of Coke Zero but Diet Dr Pepper was a great substitute.
