This is frankly an amazing place to eat and drink. Not only is the food truly capital-G Good and the drink equal parts satisfying and intoxicating, but this place is doing genuine Good in a way to make JS Mill proud. That the aim of this restaurant is BOTH satisfying customers *and* doing good for the world by being not for profit shows how special of a place this is. The short rib sandwich was extremely filling and full of flavor. The wagyu meatballs were perfectly cooked but the calamari was left in the fryer for too long. It was pure crunch and no flavor. Would recommend but I would probably rethink the fried options.
