Sonic Drive-in - Lindale

I have frequently encountered errors in my orders, lengthy wait times, and rude staff at this restaurant. Customers are not valued here, with staff even being condescending and making absurd accusations. This Sonic location is disorganized and not worth the time or money. A complaint has been filed. Thank you.

I used the app recommended by a friend to place my order at this restaurant. When I arrived to pick it up, I informed a staff member of my order. However, 25 minutes later, I was told that my tater tots were out of stock. I tried to cancel my order through the app for a refund, but was informed that refunds were not possible. The staff explained that they were busy, but this was a disappointing experience overall.

If the right staff is working, the restaurant is excellent. However, if the employees are more focused on socializing than taking customers' orders, it may be best for them to work elsewhere.

I go out of this to avoid the sound on the main road to go the sound in walmart. my commands are always wrong, everything is always messed up, some of the service staff or car hops are just rude and I leave a tip every time!

Ordered the number 5 with no tomato’s with mayo and we’ll enough they left the tomatoes on it. I literally asked them to make sure they took them off but never did
