L. Woods Tap And Pine Lodge

Our party of 6 had a great time. We had Jason as our waiter and he took care of us. Jason speaks clear, polite and friendly. He knows the menu very well and made suggestions what's good with what? Food was good, we ordered wings and Calamari for appetizers, chopped salads and for our entree... Ribs, Walleye, Steaks, Burger and Chicken a la sima. The food was delicious. And cheap. Very recommended.

We love everything about l woods! such a cozy place and good eating. our service was really great.

We returned with a wheelchair-bound man, for the l. woods a easily accessible table, eating and service as we wanted, in an ambiente that returns us for his birthday year after year. I wish we had one of those close to chicagos. oh, yes, we also go there with others (and only ourselves).

L. Woods hasn't lasted as long as it has without offering wonderful food (lots of it too! at reasonable prices. I've never had anything from this restaurant that wasn't delicious! It's a pleasant atmosphere with large comfortable booths and tables.

Wanted to have the baby back ribs at our fav place for ribs also to celebrate together as a family b4 my son returns to college. Disappointed because they had no ribs or the special of the day, the fried chicken. We already sat down n started on our appetizer, when the waiter tells us there r no ribs available that evening. It was a Sunday evening at 7:30pm on a holiday weekend. Disappointed that L Woods was not prepared for the weekend. Service was slow- we waited for entrees for 40mins after we finished our appetizers. The waiter should of told us there r no ribs or special available when we ordered the appetizers(from the beginning). I know it wasn’t the waiter’s fault regarding how much food was available. Waiter was apologetic but it is food management’s issue for not having enough food available to accommodate the holiday weekend.
