Domino's Pizza - Lincolnton

The food was good, but my experience at the restaurant left much to be desired. On my first visit, I was given a $3 credit card when I ordered to go. When I tried to use it the following week for an online order, I had trouble applying the voucher. Despite ordering nearly $40 worth of food, the staff refused to honor the $3 discount. After speaking to three different people who claimed to be managers, one finally attempted to help but was unable to apply the coupon code. I asked for the customer service number for Domino's, only to find out that this was a franchise location and was directed to the Charlotte franchise office. I left multiple messages and never received a call back. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of effort to resolve the issue and the poor customer service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I stopped by the restaurant for the first time to meet the manager in charge of loading and storage. Unfortunately, she was not there at that time. The manager has made a name for herself at Dominos and Lincolnton. She is an amazing woman who takes great pride in her work, her team, and the local community that she loves.

This place always goes above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent, prepared hot and served promptly. The staff, especially Amber, always goes out of their way to ensure a fantastic dining experience.

According to my opinion, dominos is the best pizza in lincolnton.

The pizza tracker said it was ready, so I got there at 4:50. They told me it was not ready. I get that. They also tell me that if someone else comes to the window that I can pull around they’d bring it to me when it’s ready. I did that, and nobody brought it to me. I waited 30 minutes, then had to go back to the window to get the order, because they just never brought it out.
