Copper Hill Pizza Co. - Lincoln City

The pizza TASTES good, but that's all they have for them, unfortunately. I live near, so I come now and then for a cheap slice, but it is very hit and miss. From the 10 or so often I have eaten here, over half the time my pizza is warm best. It has a good taste, but it's cold... Employees clearly do not care about their jobs. You're never kind. On a busy day the tables are not clean, and often the shakers are empty on the tables nearby. Flavors are not bad, although more than once, I paid for a slice that was 50% crust. It could be worth buying a whole pizza and making it fresh. But if you? You come here for a hot slice and a smile? ll be lucky to get one of them unless you come when a new cake was made. Edit: After reading other reviews and see the owner?s snore comment on a reviewer, I think I will choose other places for now. Maybe I'm small, right? the principle of good customer service, but in any case I do not feel like supporting a company that clearly does not value its customers. Too bad. I enjoy the pizza when it was warm. Hopefully they can turn around for others, but I'll stick with the other local pizza places.

If I could give a negative score, I would. I've been working at the mall, where they're some time. I was super excited when I heard they were coming. I went there on some occasions. Some were okay, most of them were terrible. The staff is rude as their owner I saw that I was screaming one of their staff on the floor. The pizza I ordered was basically ALL crust. Minimum toppings. Besides, I have read the reviews in this place, I have seen that the owner actually responds to one, he was less than professional to put it friendly. I wonder if he will react personally to my assessment if I consider that I would not give him a luminous review!? News flash, individuals have a claim to their opinion. Not everyone will like your pizza, and some will love it. But I'm not one of those individuals. Best regards, hope your business does it, but maybe you are working on your customer service!

Stops from 6pm pizza cake two on hot plates. Staff was in the back several minutes, finally came to the kitchen door and said it will be a few minutes, I have an order to go. We were only there for a piece of pizza. Could have made the immediate sale and was right back to the kitchen for her order to go (the people were not waiting in the house). After reading the reviews, I am grateful that we do not waste time and money! Sticky dirty floor. ♪

There is so much potential here but it misses the mark on several key things. The crust is atrocious. More cracker than bread, dry, flavorless. The slice I received was almost room temperature. Pizza needs to be hot or at least warm when served. The water button on the soda fountain serves carbonated water. Can I just get regular water? Pros: size of the pizza slices are generous, the toddler play area with the play house was much appreciated by our 2 year old and her frazzled parents. The atmosphere and decor was adorable.

This is a very nice shopping area. Great place to visit the family with tons. A little for everyone. There is even a beautiful small playground for the children.
