Taco Bell - Lincoln

Loved tb. I've been there for a long time since I've been on an ate. tacos have become smaller, and apparently the hired do not speak anymore or make eye contact. almost like eating from an automatic machine.

After sitting in line over 15 minutes(not even a high traffic time), placing my order and getting the total, I was told that their ice machine was broken and is that okay . Not a good time to be told. I know for fact that ice is available for purchase at several places within 2 miles(super saver, gas stations etc). The Mtn. Dew was not just room temp, it was HOT. GO BUY SOME ICE! Not just that but the crisp taco was completely smashed. Have you ever tried to eat a taco salad out of a paper wrapper? It's not easy in a car.

Closed at 10:50 on a friday night. Already had an online order in and they refused to honor it. Usually they’re on the ball, but tonight was unacceptable. They turned away 10+ cars, when online it says they are open until 3 am.

Went to get a cravings box for my wife. Didn't get the chips but got the cheese. No napkins. They ask what kind of sauce when you order and I got no sauce. Tried calling them but all I got was the fax machine. It wasn't busy so I don't understand.

The fact that I waited at the window for no one answer the 5 times I said hello so I pulled up to the window to get notified it’s because the manager wasn’t taken orders. Then comes the manager to the window SMOKING A CIGARETTE!! So not only was his smoking break more important than doing his job but he had it in the kitchen which is honestly so disgusting makes you think what other unsanitary things they do. He didn’t wash his hands I watch him continue to make drinks after throwing his cigarette in the trash. I get home my taco looks like my child made it the ground beef is just goop. This isn’t the first time I get bad service but with the combination of trash food service Never coming to this location again terrible service
