Overall, this diner-style Italian restaurant offers great value for your money. While you shouldn't expect gourmet cuisine, it definitely delivers a family-style experience. Most of my visits have been quite enjoyable. However, my main issue, which prevents me from giving it a four-star rating, is the quality of the pasta sauce. What is labeled as 'marinara' just isn't up to par. It seems to be the same sauce used on their decent pizzas, but unfortunately, it comes off as merely tomato sauce, lacking any depth from basil or other flavors. A heavy portion of this sauce is served with each pasta dish, which diminishes the overall experience, as it resembles basic condensed tomato sauce. It really should be better; making a good marinara is quite simple. Additionally, the meatballs tend to be too dry, likely because they are cooked ahead of time and not kept moist. These are easy fixes. I truly hope this feedback is acknowledged, as I would be happy to return and reassess my review. It's too honest a place to let such issues overshadow the overall experience.

The restaurant offers only domestic beer, specifically Bud Light. It's owned by a woman, and the food is generally reliable. Most of the dishes are quite good.

This place is not worth the visit. They have no regards for your time or needs. Try Old Town pizza instead.

Siino's is a lovely place. The service was excellent, and the food was quite enjoyable. I had a great time here and will definitely be returning. The interior of the restaurant is very appealing as well.
