Sebastian's Table - Lincoln

Whatever you may have heard about Sebastian's doesn't do it justice. The food is incredible! The Brussels sprouts had a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, with a wonderfully crisp outer leaf. Simply sublime. The pork belly was incredibly tender, accompanied by chimichurri and romesco sauces that were simply irresistible. And to top it all off, the ingredients are locally sourced!

Last night, we had dinner at Sebastian's. We ordered an appetizer and two tapas: the cheese plate, spicy green beans, and chicken/chorizo risotto. We also decided to try one more tapas and chose the hazelnut Brussels sprouts, which I absolutely loved! I've never smiled so much during a meal. Thank you for the delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoy dining at this restaurant for a special night out! They take COVID precautions seriously, and there are also excellent outdoor seating options. Some of our favorite dishes include the paella, gouda dip, and chocolate stone. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The Brussels sprouts feature a delightful sweet and savory flavor, complemented by a perfectly crispy leaf. They are sublime. The beef skewer boasts incredibly tender meat accompanied by chimichurri and romesco sauces that you'll want to savor right off the plate. And to top it all off, the ingredients are all locally sourced!
