Runza - Lincoln

Daughter got the cheeseburger meal and I got the double cheeseburger sandwich only. The cashier rang up a double cheese burger meal and cheese burger only. Which ended up charging after taxes and all, it was .96 in runza favor. I don’t feel this is right or fair. Manager stated that’s how we do it here. Well forHere that’s for one not right and two notFair to the customer. To price all out individually when on the board it state meal combined prices not individual or all separate. Asked manager for cooperative and he acted like he didn’t understand my request, took over a half hour for my request so we just left. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere. NoProblem. Kid-friendliness: Is there such a thing?

They clearly need to change the fry oil and train their employees how to cook them properly. Have had several issues with this location only. They need to take some pointers from the 40 th and Yankee Hill location. They are always perfect.

Went to Runza for the first time, it was heavenly. Swiss mushroom runza and the frinckles? I just loved the food so much. The guy working the drive thru, was super nice as well. Will definitely be coming back. Also their Ranch is fire!!Not sure when I’ll be back, was only in town for a few days for a wedding. Great location. The bride recommended this location to me.

Sat in drive thru over ten minutes, called the store to see what the problem was guy said his bun person ran out of buns and burger person ran out of burgers. How's is this possible during dinner rush?
