Please consider closing down Arby's! This place is a complete disappointment! I ordered a Turkey Swiss sandwich without spicy mustard, but instead, they omitted the mayonnaise and used cheddar cheese instead of Swiss. I have this sandwich weekly, and I've never had an issue at any other Arby's. What I received was more like a cardboard sandwich. I also ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, and they added barbecue sauce without my request. It was meant for my little dog, but he seemed to enjoy it with the sauce. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be coming back!

There are no showers or laundry facilities, and they don’t stock the supplies that truckers typically need on a daily basis. The parking is also very limited, with all spaces reserved.

This appears to be a relatively new Pilot truck stop located in Lincoln, Alabama, conveniently situated near the renowned Talladega International Speedway. Surprisingly, this truck stop only has two restrooms. Upon entering the store, you'll notice a number of employees; however, they often avoid making eye contact. If you get too close, they will greet you, but their demeanor feels somewhat distant. I also noticed one employee carelessly pushing a large stock of plastic containers across the floor, causing damage. It seems like this place has a long way to go in terms of service and maintenance.
