Papa Johns Pizza - Lincoln

According to my opinion the papa john’s on q st. in any way exceptional. from people to eating. I always tip 15-20% at the height of the delivery fee when delivery, because the delivery fee is not a tip. child-friendly: the manager of the papa john’s on q st. was very nice to my young daughter. only if more people like them were.

So last night I have a job for 1 extra big beef pizza. I ate 1 disc and so did my friend, 30 minutes later we experienced food poisoning symptoms. I called her back to talk to a manager and was told to call tomorrow 11/30/2022. the woman who answered the phone told me that the flu was bypassing and the fact that we have received food poisoning from her pizza. then she told me that the manager can't talk to me tomorrow. I tried to contact someone about it, but not to happen. that doesn't look good at Papa boys. it is sad and disappointing, not only because the pizza has made us sick, but also because of the lack of attention give the employed of this situation.

This situation almost every Friday for the last years, (family pizza night). later the orders were wrong, recently we received simple broth sticks when we ordered garlic parm broth sticks. today they are replaced by false order with another wrong order. the manager kissed me, told me that she trained new people and she couldn't give me free pizzas. they said if they couldn't make us happy that we should stop coming there. we are not back. I never asked for anything from them, and I was always polite and respectful. I call to let them know what they did wrong and they offer a solution that I accept. that's it. if the manager can't afford to repair false accusations, they should train and monitor their chefs better. that's healthy.

I ordered from them, they forgot a couple items which only amounted to $3.25. (sauces, not a big deal I just wanted a few bucks back, I didn't even want someone to come all the way back to me just for sauces) Called to talk to the manager, she was an insufferable and miserable woman telling me it was the driver's fault and she couldn't help me, kept talking without letting me get a WORD in edgewise, did not listen to me whatsoever. Probably won't order from them again. Just go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Horrible carry out experience ever. Both papadias were baked too long that they were burnt and the jalapeño poppers were burnt as well. Also the papadias were missing ingredients plus the dipping sauces were missing as well. I'm not sure at this point if I'm ordering here ever again ?
