Quite possibly one of the best filets I’ve had in years. The dessert was a little off, but still delicious. Just slightly over sold and under delivered. The steak though…I can’t say enough about it. Tender, juicy, and I could have cut it with my butter knife. Slow to come out, but worth the wait. If I ever return to Lincoln this will be a guaranteed stop!

We arrived Friday night at 9:30 and thought it would be fine arriving this late. I was celebrating my 30th anniversary and my husband had to work late, so couldn’t get there sooner. Waitress was super nice and I apologize for coming in so late. I ordered the filet mignon, which I already knew that’s what I was going to order before I even got there and my husband ordered the Queen cut prime rib. They emphasize in the menu that their prime rib is their specialty. When our food arrived we were very disappointed. The prime rib was very small and not Queen cut. (We have eaten at Misty’s numerous times for over 30 years) My filet was well done and tasted like leather. I ordered it medium. When the waitress finally came back to ask us how everything was I let her know that my steak was well done. She said well I don’t know what to tell you because the kitchen is closed now, I’m like oh OK…? No solutions and no apology! I said you can’t charge me for a steak that was not cooked correctly then. She said yeah I’ll take it off your bill and grabbed my steak and left. She made me feel like it was all my fault because I came in to late, so what did you expect. We have had issues the last few times that we have been to both locations and thought we would give them one more try. I had to leave hungry and didn’t get my steak that I was looking forward too!! I asked for creamy horseradish, it was ranch dressing with no horseradish in it and very runny.Very disappointing! There food is too pricey for the quality. We will not be back. ?

I came here because I was referred by a local to come try the steak. I came at dinner time on a Friday night, and the restaurant was almost empty. It took 5 minutes of sitting at the bar, with no one else at the bar, to get service while I could hear the staff talking away on the other side of the bar. The talking never stopped. It was constant small talk with loud giggling and annoying conversation throughout my meal. I asked for the music to be turned up, which helped drown out the staff chatter a little, but not all the way. The steak was decent but not worth coming back due to the service and the atmosphere.

Undoubtedly the worst steak dinner I’ve ever had. Yuck! NY Strip Steak wasn’t hot, looked and smelled funny, like maybe it was cooked a previous day or something. Couldn’t even eat it. Ranch salad dressing wasn’t white or creamy. I verified with waiter who confirmed it was supposedly ranch even though it was brown and very watery. Vegetables were barely better. Couldn’t wait to leave as I was worried it may make me illI remember my visit here last time wasn’t good either. Living off their reputation I guess. All I can say is this was horrifically bad. Never again!!!!!!!
