Miller Time Pub Grill - Lincoln

I rated the beer cheese soup at 3.5 stars; it was quite salty and lacked flavor complexity. I've ordered it before and often found it similar, which seems common at many places. However, I have experienced some excellent versions elsewhere, and this was not one of them. The Caesar salad gets 4 stars. It's a typical Caesar salad, which I enjoy, and I found no faults with it. The onion rings rated at 4.5 stars. Perhaps it was just my visit, but the onions didn’t seem very fresh. Everything else was fantastic—crispy and cooked perfectly, but the onion quality was a disappointment. The blackened chicken quesadilla deserves 5 stars; everything about it was excellent, and I would definitely order it again. This happens to be a go-to order for my partner. We chose the soup and salad combo. The soup portion was generous (served in a bowl), but the salad portion was quite small (served in a cup). I ordered a shot of chili to accompany it, which I would rate as a solid 4-star dish; I preferred it over the beer cheese soup. We did encounter some issues with the soup's temperature. We asked for it to be reheated, and while it returned warmer, it still wasn’t piping hot. If you're expecting a bowl of steaming hot soup, I would suggest skipping the beer cheese soup, as they couldn’t get it hot enough. Interestingly, the chili served in the smaller shot glass was hotter than the beer cheese soup. Parking is typical for downtown Lincoln. There’s a garage available for parking, as well as metered street parking. For Pokémon fans, you can access two PokéStops and a gym from this location.

This restaurant was fantastic, offering a wide variety of pub foods and beverages to satisfy different tastes. The portions were appropriate for the price, and the food quality exceeded our expectations. The service was responsive, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend it!

I'll start by mentioning that it was a Husker game day, so I normally anticipate slower service. However, today was just unbelievable. We waited about 10 to 12 minutes to place our drink and food orders, which is understandable given how busy they were. We even decided to order everything at once to make it easier for our server. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the bar to get our drinks and found out that they hadn't even been ordered. At that point, we had no choice but to leave. I hope to be able to share a more positive experience in the future.

Lexi provided excellent service at the bar. It was my first time drinking from a boot, and it was a fun experience! The nachos were incredible too. This is a fantastic spot to relax and hang out in Lincoln.

I highly recommend the steakhouse burger and the onion rings. The beer might be good, but I can only vouch for the martini with bleu cheese stuffed olives, which was absolutely delicious. It's rare for a bartender to take the time to stuff olives, so I really appreciated that extra touch. However, I wouldn’t suggest sitting at the bar. It might have been an isolated incident, but the metal trim on the bar had a distinctly metallic odor. I eventually managed to overlook it, but it was quite noticeable at first. On the bright side, the friendly bartender and the fantastic 80s music certainly made up for it!
