I appreciate the positive aspects of the business, but I had an unfortunate experience during my recent visit. While I was at the counter, an employee made direct eye contact with me and whispered something inappropriate that left me shocked. It’s disappointing to see that such a wonderful establishment appears to retain someone with these homophobic views. I truly hope that the management encourages greater tolerance among their staff.

However, my main complaint is that their service is incredibly slow. On average, it takes 15 to 25 minutes to get through the line! All I need to do is confirm my identity and pick up my medication, yet this simple 5 to 7-minute task somehow ends up taking twice as long. If they could improve their speed, I would likely rate them 4 stars, but for now, I can only give it 2 stars.

This pharmacy is the worst! You always have to wait, even if you're ahead in line to confirm your order is ready. It's frustrating when there are other pharmacies in the city that are much better. It's inconvenient enough to deal with food, and then you have to wait for someone to put your pills in a paper bag.
