I love milk queen and love to get ice with my family. but this place is very disappointing. I check google to make sure they are available and it says they do, but the last 3 times I tried to go 9 o'clock, their lobby is always closed for dune in. if they do not want to serve people after 9, then they simply change their time. It's not that hard.

We feel that this place is slowly going downhill. this evening it was not too busy. the guy who took orders and worked the window was very friendly! but they forgot my drink, all our pommes were cold, I only got 3 chicken strips in my 4pc basket, and I had no toast. the blizzard was delicious! only very disappointed by the quality of food paid for the price. even while I was waiting for our dinner, I could see and hear one when the workers scream at another. I guess we're going to another place from now on, or just order one.

This is my favorite DQ in the city! I love it! the staff is friendly and eating is great! food: 5/5
