Burger King - Lincoln

This BK is a hit and miss as to whether they will be open on any given day! I try and stop a couple times a week to pick up a breakfast sandwich and about 1/2 the time end up going to another location. Frustrating!

I get the business is hard. I get that only two people showed up to work. But when the person speaking at the drive thru is a completely rude person after you ask a simple question, and you have literally nothing we asked for, why are you even open?

So I order a Whopper melt thinking it was a Whopper ,comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustered whatever but has sourdough bread melted cheese. Well it consisted of sourdough bread cheese and burger that's it not even ketchup. Plainest tasting burger ever and on top of that my mom's Whopper Jr. Was bigger. Pretty dissatisfied with the Whopper melt . The Coke didn't taste right either I ened up pouring it out through it in the trash, fries sucked like normal.

This place needs to be shut down and rebooted. Everytime we come here it is a nightmare. I feel bad for the employees here. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. It's not their fault. Corporate needs to help this location.

All the burger king's in town have gone down the tubes since they switched ownership. We went during the open hours and the lobby was locked. Half the time you go, to any of them you get the feeling they are operating on a 1/4-1/3 staff. Too bad.
