Contribuiți la feedbackThere are numerous delicious vegan dishes available at this bustling tapas bar! I highly recommend it, but make sure to make a reservation as they tend to get very busy!
Pre vegan, we often ate here as they started their new vegan menu (2019), of course we had to visit. The restaurant is located within the lawn Stokes building, opposite the western gate of the castle. It was incredibly busy, but we were quickly shown on our pre-booked table and presented with menus. The addition of the vegan menu, the wine list is not yet updated and Barnivore was not able to help identify vegan wines, so we had the house Spanish beer that is vegan. We ordered 5 tapas dishes garlic paprika mixed veg, mushrooms in white wine, bread basket with Alioli, Patatas Bradvas and an option from specialties, Laek and Spinat potato croquettes. Even if you are not a bread lover, make sure that some of the vegan Alioli. Simply go the best aioli I ever had before or after vegan, including with Ole Ole! Its clear early days for this restaurant when providing vegan options, but its unusual to see such a well thought-out and carefully managed selection of anywhere just their feet. Beautiful food in beautiful surroundings, with great service. We're coming back!

Before becoming vegan, we used to dine here frequently, so when they introduced their new vegan menu in 2019, we knew we had to give it a try. The restaurant is located in the Lawns Stokes buildings, across from the west gate of the castle. Despite being very busy, we were quickly seated at our reserved table and given menus. Since the vegan menu was recently added, the wine list has not been updated yet and Barnivore could not help us find vegan wines, so we opted for the vegan-friendly house Spanish beer. We ordered five tapas dishes: garlic paprika mixed vegetables, mushrooms in white wine, a bread basket with vegan aioli, patatas bravas, and a special option of leek and spinach potato croquettes. Even if you're not a fan of bread, you have to try the vegan aioli. It's the best aioli I've ever had, both before and after going vegan, even better than at Ole Ole! It's clear that this restaurant is still new to offering vegan options, but it's impressive to see such a well-thought-out and carefully curated selection from a place that is still finding its footing. The food was beautifully prepared, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was great. We will definitely be returning!
So many great vegan options on the menu in this lively tapas bar! definitiw recommended but book because they are busy!
