Steep Hill Tea Rooms - Lincoln

Very busy steampunk bank holiday weekend in lincoln, but the staff smiled on Monday morning! the service was efficient, but not rushed, and they were very accommodating for all guests needs. we have been queued because it was very busy, but we were desperate for a house-style cooked breakfast. it was not a choir to wait in the pleasant congenial atmosphere. we could see that the people who go, had really enjoyed their stay and could not wait for our food! when I got my food, I have to say it was the most delicious breakfast I had in very long time, and I was very happy and satisfied with my full teller, who set me up for the long day before me! great price to many thanks!

I called in here whilst my daughter was at a University open day and fancied a drink and a sandwich. Rather than use Costa or Starbucks or any other high street coffee shop, I decided to try here. I’m pleased I did! Excellent cup of...tea and a really, really good sandwich, freshly made and with plenty of filling. The tea room itself is clean and the waiting staff very friendly and polite. I’d certainly not hesitate in recommending it and would happily visit again.

Lovely little place this, a little more expensive but to be expected in the excellent original part of olde Lincoln town, a great little street but it is what it says steep hill, much easier going down than up unless you super fit.

This delightful, classic tea room is an ideal spot for a leisurely afternoon. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our tea and cake. It can get quite busy, especially on the weekends, so be prepared to wait for a table.

My good quality his a nice little place I really like this caffe just been in it a few times to get eat and drink, I think his nice well maintained clean cozy excellent staff, good eating and drinking, what more they want. excellent his candid that it more places like this in lincolnshire. highly recommended and I wait to come back here. the coworkers can do enough for them, the service is only excellent
