Best chip shop in Lincoln, fresh fish, friendly service, reasonably priced , wouldn't get chips from any where else

I had a problem with this restaurant. I thought I had ordered delivery, but they said I hadn't and refused to deliver the food I had already paid for. They also refused to give me a refund. I couldn't go pick up the food myself because I work at the hospital and had a short break with no transportation. They were very unhelpful and hung up on me. They refused to refund me or help in any way. I will never use their services again.

My wife, my 10-month-old baby, and I ordered fish and chips from this restaurant. We also fed our baby some sausages from there. After eating the greasy food, we immediately had to use the restroom. The next day, we are still suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. When I went back to the restaurant to address the issue, they did not apologize and accused me of lying. I want to warn anyone considering eating here that it will be a meal you will regret.

My family and I tried the fish and chips from this restaurant for the first time based on positive reviews on Google. Three of us ordered the dish, with my mother's being alright but mine was terrible. It was dry and hard, almost like cardboard. I struggled to cut through it. I sampled some of my mother's and hers tasted fine. I believe I was served an old piece of fish because it was truly disgusting. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

It's no longer a chip shop but a generic kebab/pizza shop. Chips are overpriced it's dishonest to call it a chippy now. Portions used to be good but now they're not since the ownership change. Poor value for money sad that a proper chippy has gone forever.
