Baita Sanremo - LIMONE PIEMONTE

We stayed in this place for the first, and certainly last, time in August. As soon as we arrive in the morning we ask a waitress outside the possibility to book and we were kindly told that they did not take reservations for the local interior but only for the outside and to my precise question if they also made simply toast and sandwiches as written on the board outside) I was told absolutely yes. At lunchtime we introduced ourselves and were greeted by the owner, who told us very stically that the menu was the one written on “that sheet li” by hand, without prices and on book notes sheet), without any possibility to take those famous toasts and sandwiches asked previously, having two children we asked if at least they could have two pasta dishes to the tomato as the children polenta, fonduta etc goodbye) and also there with great maleducation Never seen such a rude and rude owner counting that a local owner should try to keep them tight! Thinking about the word.....

I expected that I attended the place for years... the food is discreet and the excellent location... but it really became to try to nerves go there ...for the great maleducation with which the owner treats the customers... I ordered the smell and cake of vegetables...when I remembered to sit at the tables outside I was told with malgarbo that they were reserved to the restaurant... for other it was in week and they were almost empty) !

We are in 5 and the tables cannot be combined....hot dog the weekend do not... full of children who go crazy for the hot dog...No hot dog holders (it is presumed..)contested... and rude.. on the menu written pen not a price... aperitif 3 spritz we asked some chips no chips... against the mouths....

After three years post pandemic, we return to Limone. Horse Riding... Code everywhere, little quality and courtesy. Waiting for a simple toast because the restaurant was closing, I ask you to sit at the only outdoor table available.... the staff answers me that I could sit but that would not have ridden it from the dishes of previous customers.....It has been 45 years that I come to Limone and sincerely I am always amazed by the little professionalism and courtesy of some lemonades. Of course it is, who is passing will not return. The table has never been cleaned....compliments for lack of service.

Beautiful sunny day in the area Horse riding at this spacious and bright room, but above all equipped with comfortable outdoor space for renting deck chairs and eating meal. Friendly and professional welcome. Food quality: good. Correct final price. Definitely recommended.
