The Garden Rooms Tea Rooms (mc Lysaghts)

Seven of us went to the garden cafe, the staff where accommodating and friendly,we where served from the main and kids menu. We ended up getting soups and hot chocolates, hot dog , mini share, which was incredible, crispy chicken main, was delicious and loaded fries, definitely interesting but taste was outstanding .and some tea and coffee, all that was serve, the taste was amazing, presentation of all foods where great, very filling and very satisfying,. Excuse my pictures , they're not great, but foods are delicious

We recently had breakfast at this restaurant and were very impressed. The staff provided excellent service even though it was quite busy. We noticed that many local businesses dine here, so we had high expectations for the food. We ordered the pancakes and scones, which were delicious.

Have had breakfast here on several occasions but lunchtime was a bad experience. Menus given. Had to wait for waitress to take order. We could see our chips heating in glass cabinet but food arrived and was average chips were not hot and our drinks were sitting on coffee counter for a while too. No cutlery had to ask. Also personnel should have their own workstations to look after instead of trying to do everything. Tables not cleared promptly. Probably short staffed Disappointed

Have been here on a good few occasions at various times , breakfast is good but overall the food can be hit miss,service with a smile is definitely not the mantra here. Good location beside the lovely community gardens, get a takeaway coffee and enjoy a stroll around them.

My family and I recently enjoyed a delicious takeaway breakfast that was absolutely fantastic. The portions were generous and we even received toast and tea as part of the meal.
