Rossi's Italian Grill - Limerick

It was a visit of two halves. The girl who took our order was excellent. Very friendly and good at her job. There was a group in before us and that put everything into panic..... Yet the place was not full. The food was good..... The Anti pasta was excellent, one of the best I have seen and great value. The problem came with everyone saying The Group this, The Group that! Our mains were served before the starters were finished... But 2 placed on the table anyway. Then the second waitress came with 2 plates, streaches across and dropped a burger on one guest. It was cleaned up and replaced. When the bill was presented the Group was blamed and no gesture for the fact that a guest got the meal in her lap. Eventually a 'manager ' came and offered one drink to one person at the table for the inconvenience. Nothing else. Not great customer service pity as the good was OK.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We were seated immediately. The atmosphere was lively and the staff treated us well. We started with a bottle of Riesling. They didn't have the Riesling on the menu, however the Riesling they did have was excellent. My wife ordered the Goat Cheese Salad and Carbonara. She loved the salad but thought the Carbonara was basic but enjoyable. I ordered a Caesar Salad and Alfredo. They both were great! For dessert we ordered Sticky Toffee Pudding and Cookie ice cream. The Sticky Toffee Pudding had a weird taste, the flavor was off. The Cookie Ice cream were simple but very enjoyable. The cookie was fresh soft and gooey. We recommend stopping in to Rossi's if you desire Italian food while in Limerick!

I ate here recently with my daughter my son we were seated outside in the fab weather it was just lovely. The food was great couldn't fault it. We were served on the evening by a really lovely girl Aisling she was so nice and welcoming we will definitely be back. Highly recommend

A fantastic Restaurant in Limerick city. The staff were all very friendly and quite attentive even though they were extremely busy. We ate outside which allowed us to bring our dog as well (on a lead) The Pizza was great and the price was also reasonable. We had too much food but they gave us a takeaway box as well to have the rest later. Something all restaurants should start offering! This spot is definitely recommended.

Love this little place and it 's just 5 minutes from the house... didn 't even have to leave the island! Very good wine, food was excellent, and our server (Italian, of course! put up with all my little idiosyncrasies A very enjoyable date night with me wife! tj mf
