Kirin Court - Limerick

Can't say much as I just parked outside to meet someone.

So my recent experience was disappointing to be honest. Now the food here is lovely and the chicken is v tasty and very good value for money so I def would highly recommend it as a takeaway and I will def be getting a takeaway again. However I got a delivery for my sons HC on sat. I had it booked for 2.30pm with 2 members of staff. However wen I went in on Thurs to pay the deposit the lady there I'd say she was the owner said there would be noone there at 2.30 so it be 3.30pn at the earliest. About 3.40 the food arrived. It was warm not piping and we were only given one burner for 2 bain Marie's. So couldn't heat it properly. This wasn't set up for us we had to set it up ourselves ie light the burner etc. We had to heat up the meals in the microwave. The driver didn't seem to really know much. I had also ordered a veg curry separate and it never came so I rang the lady and she insisted we had it wen we didn't we all searched for it. And no sign. So we rang back she wasn't helpful at all and was annoyed with us. I felt she thought we were lying. We had to ring her back about 3 or 4 times. She eventually said she would do up another one for us which my husband collected. It caused a lot of upset on the day and to he honest I found her rude. A few of my family also spoke to her and found the same. So for that reason I wouldnt recommend it for functions but def for a takeaway it's yum. The lady in question needs to brush up on her people skills. It's a pity cause the food is beautiful.

From in-house service to delivery, I have only encountered the warmest of welcomes from staff!. The value for money, the delicious satiation of hunger that they provide has been consistent for me. Since new ownership/management?, I have gone down a rabbit hole of trying new dishes!. Have not been disappointed yet!. From my personal experience Kirin Court provides great food at reasonable prices across a menu tailored to suit all budgets!. Yeah you could call me a happy fan :D

Food always good here. Lots of parking outside. Big portions and fair prices. They do delivery. Try the spice bag or chicken wings, delicious

This restaurant serves the best spice bags in town. The combination of chicken, chips, and veggies is just right, the flavors are perfect, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
