Fantastic food and service in the magnificent 4-season hotel.

Great service, good wines, if something expensive. Foods that are not in substance, however, and Parmesan does not cost any space on a cheese board.

Highly qualified chefs. Everything was perfectly cooked. We would have wished that the chefs would be more adventurous what we had given 5 stars. Excellent service: attentive waiters who are able to effectively communicate information about dishes and aromas in English and Greek. Large wine list with excellent choices at all levels of households, although we would like to have seen more local Cypriots or even Greek selections, make the list. Excellent value. We chose the tasting menu and have plenty of quantity and quality for the price. We haven't been hungry! The environment could do with a rethink. We believe that music, lighting, furniture and seating deserve as much attention as the food and wine list. We sometimes felt somewhat uncomfortable and physically uncomfortable, which was distracted by an otherwise magnificent experience. We do not often see this qualification and quality in Cyprus. Bravo!

A superb dinner. The tasting menu and wine pairing was excellent. What better way of spending the evening than with the best of food, friendly service and a magnificent view.
