Pizza Hut - Lima

This is what this place calls a taco pizza. Think workers need to be trained again. And can't pick up the phone. 20 mins later, I arrive at Pizza Hut before they pick up. I'd give a 0 if it was a choice

Wasn’t even able to order. No one working the dining room. Place needs new management or something.

Very disappointed with order today. Pizza soggy in grease. Ordered a 3 lg topping and rec a free LG 1 topping. Barely any of 3 toppongs on it.was hot but wings weren't. Barely any sauce on them. I've never had an order from them to such low quality. $46.03 w/o tip, wasted for my grandson's b day.

Really long time waiting. The workers say to wait 10 minutes, then another 15 or more.??????

My husband was ignored at the drive thru window for half an hour. The employee Made eye contact with him and then proceeded to get on her phone and play on it while ignoring him. He Watched her take our order to another car. That car then brought the order back inside. So he went in and she was being really dumb about it. Got home and I didn’t get all of my 16piece wings. And the food was cold. We live like 5 minutes away. There should be zero reason the food should have been cold. I have NEVER had this problem going when day shift is there. Hopefully management will make it right. On top of it when he left the drive thru window the girl immediately answered the drive thru for the car behind him
