Fat Jack's Pizza Spencerville Rd - Lima

Hours were misrepresnted on both the door and website. Once there we were informed rather rudely that the kitchen closed at 11:30. We were in the building at 11:25 but were informed at 11:31 that the kitchen was closed. If the kithen closes at 11:30this needs to be published before people get there. Complete lack of care for the customer. After this experience will mostlikely not be back again as this place seems to be in decline with food quality as well.

Always look forward to a FJ pizza when I come back to Lima. Although a section was a bit charred, it didn't stop us from enjoying the 21 of goodness! The only thing I noticed is that it was light on sausage, and mushrooms were chopped smaller. This is probably a result of rising prices, and a desire to keep prices down. The cheese was still as thick and chewy asusual!!

Great pizza and beer. Keno always fun to play, service usually good. You could get better starters on the menu. Will eat there every time I'm back in Lima.

The first time at Fat Jack and we loved it! Kaylee was our server and was there during our visit. Very friendly and cared for us like family. The pizza was perfect! Loved, loved, loved the crust and sauce. The only thing missing was atmosphere. The interior was very basic and was disappointing. But it's about food and service and it was Top Notch!
