Applebee's Grill - Lima

The food at Applebee's was as expected. My server, Sarah, was lovely. She enhanced my dining experience with her cheerful personality and witty jokes. She was attentive and assisted me with any needs I had.

I had the best dining experience at Applebee's! The food was incredibly delicious and the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Whitney, did a fantastic job taking care of us. We ordered an appetizer, two entrees, two desserts, and two drinks, all of which came out to just under $60. We were happy to leave a tip as well. The restaurant was very clean and the music added to the ambiance. Overall, I believe we got great value for the price we paid.

The customer service was fantastic. The waitress took great care of us and checked in on us frequently. The food was delicious.

In terms of kid-friendliness, the children's menu was a hit with the kids, but they also enjoyed the dishes from the regular menu so much that they will be ordering from it next time. This way, I can enjoy my meal without having to share with them. Overall, the service at Applebee's was excellent and I had a wonderful dining experience.

I waited for more than 35 minutes for my drink. I decided to cancel my food order and waited another 30 minutes for the manager to approve the cancellation. I ended up walking out after giving the waitress $10 for a $3 drink. Service was rated 1 out of 5 stars.
