I am an American who lives in Peru who loves Japanese food and that is absolutely the best Peruvian sushi place I have ever tried. many sushi restaurants in peru use much too much rice (also non-sushi rice) and put very little fish. hana sushi, on the other hand, has perfect conditions, many options and tasty aromas. it is a Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant, but I found that they came much closer to the actual Japanese style makis than any other restaurant I tried. I'm so happy I found this place, I'll come back forever
